How It Works: B2B

From inquiry to delivery

A streamlined process for licensed medical providers and distributors to source COFEPRIS-certified cellular products.

1. Submit Your Inquiry

2. Business Consultation

We review your inquiry and schedule a private consultation to understand your clinical focus, regulatory environment, and distribution needs.

We verify your medical licensing, business credentials, and import requirements. This ensures compliance for both parties before we move forward.

Frequently asked

Can I order as an individual patient?

No. Our cell products are distributed exclusively to licensed medical professionals, accredited institutions, and authorized distributors. We do not sell to consumers. Patients interested in receiving treatment should visit our patient site for the luxury regenerative medicine experience.

What documentation do I receive with each order?

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with sterility, endotoxin, and mycoplasma test results; a viability report showing post-thaw cell counts; chain-of-custody records; and import compliance documentation for your destination country.

How is cell viability verified?

Each batch undergoes post-thaw viability testing before release. Our standard is >95% viability per lot, documented in the Certificate of Analysis. You receive the full lab report with every shipment.

Can you ship internationally?

We ship to licensed providers in Mexico and in Latin American markets our counsel has cleared, via validated cold-chain logistics with temperature monitoring. Regulations vary by country, and we work with your team to provide the documentation your jurisdiction requires. We supply only those markets.

What if I need a custom formulation or cell count?

Packages C–H cover custom cell counts and concentrations. Contact our medical sales team with your specifications. We can arrange dedicated production runs through our partner laboratory.
